We got a bunch of new 2 socket mac pros with the 3GHz quad core xeons. Don't ask me where my boss gets his money from :p

But anyways, they have 1900XTs in them to start with (one each)

He ordered another 1900XT so i can setup one machine to have crossfire and 3 monitors (any potential issues from any knowledgeable people here?) I hope this works. And if it doesn't I'll have to figure out how to make it work.

He also ordered a QuadroFX 4500 for whatever reason. Would I be able to plug this into a system with an existing 1900XT without hassle?

btw, all cards are PCI-E, the mobos have multiple PCI-E slots and room for the extra cards, as well as an extra connector (i think it might be used for power but i'm not sure. It's not a molex connector of any sort from what I can tell)

So all these cards can fit in. I would just like to know if i can just drop these things into the system without hassle. I'm worried that the Quadro and Radeon won't get along. :( In that case, I might have to take the 1900XT home for myself. ( What a shame :p )

Crossfire will not work with multiple monitors (you can't use both GPUs while using multiple monitors).

Quadro will work alongside Radeon, but probably only in 2D mode.
